General Donation Email Template

Family and Friends,
April marks the start of #AYApril, which recognizes the adolescent & young adult cancer fight.  With the current Coronavirus situation the 80,000 young adults diagnosed each year are more in need of help than ever.  Patients are facing added challenges:
  • Immunocompromised patients may find themselves exposed as protective gear and hand sanitizer is in short supply.
  • Lay-offs and furloughs put insurance coverage in jeopardy for many folks dealing with cancer, and decreased income adds additional financial pressure to patients and families whose cancer-related expenses were already unimaginable.
  • Patients showing any symptoms of COVID-19 are isolated until results confirm the absence of the virus, even those who are nearing the end of life.
You may know, I’m raising funds to support Ulman’s important efforts so that no young adult has to face cancer alone.  I’m asking you if you’d be willing to support their efforts, too, through a donation to my fundraising campaign.  Big or small, every bit makes a difference.
Thank you for your consideration.

#AYApril Fundraising Challenge Email #1 for April 5

Hi Friends,
Happy #AYApril!  What’s #AYApril, you ask?  It’s the month dedicated to the adolescent and young adult cancer fight.  I’m supporting the Ulman Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to providing free resources to the 80,000 young adults diagnosed with cancer every year.  Starting today, I have a goal of raising as many dollars each day, as it is the day of the month.  Which means today my goal is to raise FIVE.WHOLE.DOLLARS.  Will you be the person to help me meet my goal today?  You can donate in the link below.
Thanks so much for your consideration and support.
Cheers,

#AYApril Fundraising Challenge Email #2 for April 17

Dear Friends and Family,
Happy #AYApril the 17th!  As you know, I’m raising funds to support the Ulman Foundation who provides resources to young adults, and their loved ones, impacted by cancer.  More than ever their work is vital as cancer patients continue to be some of the most vulnerable and impacted by Coronavirus.  Each day I’m trying to raise as many dollars as it is the day of the month, which means today my goal is $17!  Would one of you (or several of you) be willing to donate?
Thank you for your consideration and I hope you are doing well.
Gratefully,

#AYApril Fundraising Challenge Email #3 for April 27

Welp it’s April 27 and you know what that means!  I’m trying to raise $27 for #AYApril, to support the Ulman Foundation’s free programs for adolescent & young adult (AYA) cancer.  One of those programs is Ulman House, which provides a free place for young adult patients and their caregivers to stay when they travel to Baltimore for life-saving treatment.  Would one of you be willing to donate?
Many thanks,
