CANCER TO 5K
Take Your Life Back From Cancer… One Mile at a Time!
Cancer to 5K provides a community of support for cancer survivors through a free 12-week training program. The team will practice twice a week, one weekday and one weekend day, for 12 weeks.
Regardless of age, treatment status, or physical ability, survivor participants run/walk alongside coaches & volunteer teammates with the ultimate goal of completing a 5K goal race. While everyone’s cancer journey is different, many individuals can benefit from a weekly exercise routine.

ULMAN FOUNDATION
About Us
If you’re new here — welcome! Let us introduce ourselves…
The Ulman Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 1997 that provides resources, support, and community to young adults and their loved ones affected by cancer. In addition to our Cancer to 5K program, we also provide patient navigation services, support groups, and other social programs that are designed to help young adults affected by cancer navigate their journey, including the Ulman House, the nation’s only FREE hospitality home for adolescents and young adults and their caregivers while receiving treatment in Baltimore. We are dedicated to improving the lives of young adults affected by cancer by providing them with the resources and support they need to thrive.
