VIRTUAL TEAM

CANCER TO 5K

Take Your Life Back From Cancer… One Mile at a Time!

Cancer to 5K provides a community of support for cancer survivors through a free 12-week training program. Our Virtual Team is designed to help survivors, and their friends, family, and supporters, train for a 5K in a supportive, accessible, and flexible way.

Regardless of age, treatment status, or physical ability, participants train with the shared goal of completing a 5K race. Whether you choose a local race, a virtual race, or simply want to cross your own personal finish line, we’ll support you every step of the way.

Our next 12-week training block begins June 18, 2025 and runs through September 9, 2025. We’re excited to offer this program in response to high demand from survivors and volunteers across the country looking for a fully virtual option.
