ULMAN FOUNDATION PRESENTS
CYCLE TO INSPIRE
On November 22, we’re taking over Checkerspot Brewing for Cycle to Inspire. A one-of-a-kind 4-hour, music-pumping, sweat-dripping, mission-driven indoor cycling experience led by Baltimore’s top spin instructors from REV Cycle Studio.

SPIN. SWEAT. SUPPORT.
How It Works
Each 45-minute session brings its own theme, vibe, and unforgettable energy — all fueling Ulman Foundation’s work supporting young adults facing cancer.
This isn’t your typical fundraiser. It’s a can’t-miss day of community, challenge, and joy. Grab your friends, lace up your spin shoes, and let’s ride for impact.
STEP 1:
Register your way.
Whether you’re a seasoned rider or just clipping in for the first time, Cycle to Inspire is right for you. Pick a single themed ride that matches your vibe, gather your friends for a team, or challenge yourself to ride all four sessions. No matter how you ride, you’ll be fueling Ulman Foundation’s mission to support young adults with cancer. Click here to get started. >
STEP 2:
Time to FUNdraise.
Once you register, you’ll rally your friends, family, and networks to help you meet your fundraising goal. Our team will arm you with toolkits, ideas, and personal support to help you reach (and exceed!) your goal. The funds you raise power Ulman’s free programs for young adults navigating cancer.
STEP 3:
Cycle & Inspire
It’s go time! On event day, the music’s pumping, the energy’s electric, and you’ll feel the power of this community with every ride. Together, we’re turning sweat into support for young adults facing cancer.
It’s more than a ride. It’s a day you’ll remember, for a cause that matters.
YOUR RIDE. YOUR IMPACT.

A cancer diagnosis between the ages of 15 and 39 is nearly eight times more common than such a diagnosis during the first 15 years of life. Despite advances in early detection, treatment, and prevention, there’s been no improvement within the last 30 years in survival rates for this particular age group — and in fact, the gap between the survival rates of young adults and those of cancer patients in other age groups is widening.
Since 1997, the Ulman Foundation has been creating community for adolescents and young adults impacted by cancer, allowing them and their loved ones a safe space to learn, grieve, wonder, rage, rejoice, and hope – together with peers who truly understand.
However you choose to celebrate, advocate, or innovate with us this year, we want you to know just how much we, the Ulman family, our board and staff team, and innumerable AYAs who have benefited from this community over the past 25 years appreciate you.
As we’ve been saying for the past 25 years and will say for 25 more:
Cancer changes lives…so do you!
