Join us for Ulman’s Mindfulness Where YA Meet on May 26 from 5:30-6:30PM. “Mindfulness might not be what you think it is.” Shelley Brown will demystify mindfulness and explain what happens to the body during a stressful time. She will demonstrate how mindfulness and meditation can help ease anxiety and be a positive part of the healing process. This session will provide tools and ideas, including a guided meditation, for all participants.
