Changing the Prescription with Functional Exercise Programs for Cancer Patients and Survivors
Our Fall 2026 8-week virtual series begins Wednesday, September 9, 2026 and will be held every Wednesday over Zoom.
Ulman Foundation, in partnership with Project Rx, is launching a structured virtual exercise series designed to support the physical health, confidence, and overall well-being of adolescents and young adults impacted by cancer.
This program offers a guided, accessible, and oncology-informed fitness experience tailored to individuals during and after treatment. Delivered virtually via Zoom, the series is designed to meet participants where they are — physically, emotionally, and geographically — making it accessible to AYAs both in Baltimore and beyond.
Sessions are limited to 8 participants per cohort and enrollment will be based on a first-come first-serve basis. Folks who register are committing to attending each session over the course of the 8 weeks. If for some reason you are unable to attend a session, please reach out to Jules Giard at [email protected] to let us know.
