Virtual Event

Created exclusively for cancer survivors, this monthly journaling program invites participants to pause, reflect, and connect with their inner experiences. Research shows that expressive writing can help manage our emotions. Why not try it?
This is a powerful, self-help technique literally right at your fingertips! Led by Jean Rowe, LCSW + Certified Journal Therapist, join us to learn more and try short-timed writing (5-7) minutes with journal prompts.

The group meets on the last Wednesday of every month and provides a compassionate, judgment-free space to explore thoughts, feelings, and the ongoing journey of survivorship through writing.
