A fun for all 45 mile bike ride through all 10 Columbia villages. The ride winds its way to each of Columbia’s 23 outdoor pools where participants swim a lap (and do all the slides!) before moving on.

The Charm City Strongwoman hosted by FiveX 3 Training is held in memory of Charlotte Giza, who bravely lost her battle with colon cancer. Proceeds from the contest benefit Charlotte’s suite at Ulman House.
